Continuous advancement ensures sustainable success. The thickest TMCP-plates, that had been certified according to GL-Rules, come from Dillingen.
Consistently following market demands towards thicker heavy plates, Dillinger Hütte has improved its thermomechanical rolling such that meanwhile the shipbuilding and offshore grade GL-E36 is certified up to 140 mm. This allows the customer to profit from the various benefits of thermomechanically rolled steels also in this thickness range.
