Information of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board

On a meeting last Friday, Dr. Norbert Bannenberg informed the Supervisory Board and the managers of Dillinger Hütte that, for personal reasons, he will retire early as Chief Technical Officer. The withdrawl with effect from 31 of December 2014 takes place one year earlier than scheduled.
He assured his full commitment for the company until an successor is found. Dr. Bannenberg started his career at Dillinger Hütte in 1984, since 1st of June 2002 he is a member of the Board of Management responsible for the Technical Management. The Supervisory Board will make a timely decision about the resulting personnel consequences.
