Fred Metzken reappointed to the Board of Management

At their meetings on May 28, 2010, the Supervisory Boards of Aktien-Gesellschaft der Dillinger Hüttenwerke (Dillinger Hütte) and Holding DHS - Dillinger Hütte Saarstahl AG have reappointed Fred Metzken (54) a member of the Board of Management for a further five years with effect from April 1, 2011.
Fred Metzken has been a member of the Board of Management of Dillinger Hütte and DHS - Dillinger Hütte Saarstahl AG since April 1, 2006, and holds responsibility for Finance. He also continues as a member of the Board of Management of Saarstahl AG and of SHS – Stahl-Holding-Saar.
