Dr. Norbert Bannenberg reappointed to the Board of Management

The Supervisory Board of the Aktien-Gesellschaft der Dillinger Hüttenwerke, in its meeting held on December 15, 2011, has again appointed Dr. Norbert Bannenberg (59) as a member of the Board of Management for the period June 1, 2012 to December 31, 2015.
Dr. Bannenberg has been a member of the Dillinger Hütte Board of Management since June 1, 2002, and is responsible for the "Technology" division. The other members of the Board of Management are Dr. Karlheinz Blessing, Chief Executive Officer with responsibility for the Commercial Division, Fred Metzken, Executive Officer, Financial Division and Peter Schweda, Executive Officer, Human Resources and Labour director.
