Dr. Karlheinz Blessing reaffirmed as member of the Board of Management

At their respective meetings held on April 3, 2008, the supervisory boards of AG der Dillinger Hüttenwerke and of the DHS - Dillinger Hütte Saarstahl AG holding company appointed Dr. Karlheinz Blessing (50) as a member of the Board of Management for a further five-year period, with effect from January 1, 2009.
Dr. Karlheinz Blessing has been a member of the Board of Management, and Human Resources Director, of Dillinger Hütte and DHS - Dillinger Hütte Saarstahl AG since January 1, 1994. As from July 1, 2007, he has also performed the function of member of the Board of Management of Saarstahl AG.
