Dillinger heavy plate for the Clair Ridge platforms

Made 100% of Dillinger steel: Dillinger Hütte supplied all required heavy plate steel.
With the successful installation end of June of the topside modules, construction of the Clair Ridge platforms off the coast of the Shetland Islands moved a major step forward. Clair Ridge is the second phase of the Clair Field development in the North Sea and involves the installation of two platforms linked by a 60 m long bridge: an eight-legged drilling and production platform and a four-legged quarter and utility platform. As for the first Clair platform (supply of 22,000 t) Dillinger heavy plates play again an essential role in this innovative and challenging field development.
