Complete Dillinger Hütte production chain certificated to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

The Steelmaking, Human Resources / Welfare, and Engineering sectors of Dillinger Hütte recently successfully underwent a week-long audit by TÜV Saar Cert, conducted, for the first time, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety Management) standards.
The scope of the certificates awarded has thus been extended to cover the whole of the Dillinger Hütte production chain, from the steelmaking plant, via the rolling-mill, up to and including the Heavy Fabrication Division. The entire company has also been certificated in conformity to ISO 9001 (Quality Management) since 1990. The new certificates will be available from July, 2010.
