Changes in Dillinger Hütte’s Board of Management

Michel Maulvault, currently chief executive officer and responsible for the finance division, expressed, towards the supervisory board, his wish to go into retirement as per 31.03.2006.
Since 1990 Mr Maulvault has been employed at Dillinger Hütte and member of the Management Board. Since 1995 he has been chief executive officer.
Within the background of Michel Maulvault’s decision, the supervisory boards of Dillinger Hütte and Dillinger Hütte Saarstahl AG holding, DHS, during their meetings on 12.12.205, decided on the the follow up regulation as follows:
Dr Paul Belche is nominated as chief executive officer as per 1.4.2006. He has been member of the Board of Management since 1.1.2005 and is responsible for the commercial division.
Fred Metzken is nominated a member of the Board of Management as per 1.4.2006 for 5 years and takes on the field “finances”. Fred Metzken has been employed at Dillinger Hütte since 1.4.1988. He is the head of the finance and accounting department and is chief representative of Dillinger Hütte and DHS.
The supervisory board thanks Michel Maulvault for his commendable activities to the benefit of Dillinger Hütte and wishes him all the best for his future and welfare.
